BIOFREEZE PROS:

> There are numerous positive Bio Freeze online customer reviews, along with the other brands listed. Many report moderate pain relief
> A top rated product on Amazon
> Relatively inexpensive
> Easy to apply
> There is a wide variety to choose from if you’re willing to buy pain relief creams, gels & rubs online & pay for the extra shipping.

BIOFREEZE CONS:

> Gels can be messy
> Pain relief gels only treat symptoms, not the cause.
> Effectiveness may be reliant on placebo effect

Last year, external analgesic rubs had approximately $275 million in sales in the United States… Despite those big sales numbers, there is scant evidence that any of the creams actually work. Some doctors point out that no physical changes occur at the spot where the creams are applied — even if they give the not-unpleasant sensation of heat or cold — and suggest that the only real benefit could be that of a placebo.

Versus BODY-ALINE:

Most back, neck & joint pain can be traced back to one singular cause: Misalignment. The chain link theory of bio-mechanics states: if one moving part in a system is out of alignment, then the other moving parts in a system must be out of alignment because everything is connected. This principle applies to your skeletal system because the moving parts of your skeletal system all have to work together in unison to function optimally – with minimal wear & tear. When misalignment occurs, it increases the friction between these moving parts. This is how premature wear & tear, along with pain & strain starts. Unlike the Bio Freeze gel, the BODY-ALINE treats the root cause of most back, neck & joint pain by realigning your entire body. Once your body is realigned & functioning optimally, you may NOT need to apply a pain relieving gel.

If you’re looking to buy any type of pain relieving gels, rubs, lotions or creams you should consider the BODY-ALINE as well. Gels, rubs, lotions and/or creams provide short-term relief, while the BODY-ALINE addresses the mechanical problem behind the pain for long-term relief. Many have asked the questions: “Do pain relief creams, patches & gels work?” This analysis summarizes why, in our opinion, the BODY-ALINE is a better & more effective back pain solution compared to even the best back pain relief patches, gels & creams, like BioFreeze. .

A Personal Review of BioFreeze Pain Relief Cream from BODY-ALINE Co-Inventor Jason Bowman…

Fortunately, I don’t have to use any pain relieving gels like BioFreeze because I don’t have constant pain (knock on wood). I firmly believe this is because I stay hydrated AND keep my body in perfect alignment with the BODY-ALINE. However, if I did need to use a pain relieving cream, I would only do so with an understanding that it’s a temporary fix. This means they do/can work but are only temporary fixes. Ultimately, treating the root cause of most back with the BODY-ALINE is the ONLY way to experience permanent lasting relief, unless you want to be applying pain relief gels for the rest of your life. I certainly don’t.
